All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Returns may only be made via aimaidesign.com and not at any AIMAI stores. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
We are currently not able to accept online exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. If an item does not suit and you wish to exchange it, we recommend purchasing the new item to secure it first before returning the original for a refund.
Exchanges in-store for purchases made in AIMAI stores are still being accepted.
